Lucy is an award winning Nutritionist and gut health expert based in Hertfordshire. Founder of The Gut Project, Lucy uses the power of real food to restore health and wellbeing with our gut microbiome at the core. Ambassador for The Real Food Campaign and Love British Food, Lucy lives on the edge of the Chiltern Hills with her RAF husband, two teenagers and Ruarie the border terrier.

CARA WHEATLEY MCGRAIN AUTHOR, EDUCATOR AND ACCREDITED COACH

Cara Wheatley McGrain is Hay House author of ‘Calm Your Gut’ and Barefoot accredited coach whose work integrates self-compassion in holistic healing. Cara’s guidance also draws on her own experience of living with anxiety and a chronic gut condition toward well-being and inner transformation.

What to expect:

  • We will focus on your intentions for the day and be sure to revisit these as we end.
  • Gut health workshop suitable for any stage of your gut health journey
  • Beyond food – we’ll be exploring ways to inner calm via your gut brain axis
