DAVID JACKSON, OXYGEN ADVANTAGE MASTER BREATHING INSTRUCTOR

Having retrained my own breathing after a brain injury in 2013 forced me to retire from rugby, I’m passionate about helping others change the way they breathe to improve the way the feel, move and perform. I believe in breathwork there is something for everyone, having worked with professionals seeking better stress management or those suffering with anxiety to professional athletes looking to improve performance and everything in between. I know how your breath can impact all areas of our body and mind. Having felt the benefits personally, I want to share it with others.

CARA WHEATLEY MCGRAIN AUTHOR, EDUCATOR AND ACCREDITED COACH

Cara Wheatley McGrain is Hay House author of ‘Calm Your Gut’ and Barefoot accredited coach whose work integrates self-compassion in holistic healing. Cara’s guidance also draws on her own experience of living with anxiety and a chronic gut condition toward well-being and inner transformation.

CATHERINE JACKSON PHYSIOLOGIST, HEALTH & BREATHWORK COACH 

I have always had a passion for ‘living well’ to optimise our physiology. I’ve worked within health and wellness for over 15 years (Nuffield Health, Senior Health and Wellbeing Physiologist.) In 2019 I became an Adapt Functional Health Coach with the Kresser Institute who specialise in functional medicine; establishing and addressing the root cause of health issues, rather than purely symptom management. Through my personal health path, I have also developed a passion for female health & wellbeing.
