Our inspiring 6-session course will give you clarity on the simple route to Gut Health & its profound effects on our health and wellbeing. Built around four core evidence-based concepts, Food, Rest, Nature and Movement, we’re constantly updating the course with current research and we even introduce you to nature-positive British food producers who can deliver fabulous food to your door – sustainable health, reconnected with nature!

To ensure content tailored to you, weekly sessions are live (online) and class sizes are limited. There’s additional recorded content to fit in when suits you best – practical recipe builders using seasonal ingredients (with demos by Katy our very practical chef), a kitchen cupboard essentials guide, the 101 on fermented foods, your questions answered on plant milks and podcasts too, so you can learn while you walk, rest or cook!

Lastly, we also include why sustainably sourced fish, dairy and pasture-fed beef can form a valuable part of a gut-healthy plant-based diet, whilst we totally respect your dietary choices.

Stress and reduced sleep have a profound impact on our microbiome (our community of gut bacteria) and therefore our health and wellbeing. Inflammatory, hormonal and depressive disorders are all linked with our microbes and their role on our Gut-Brain axis. It’s a complex but vitally important concept for our best health, mood and emotions.

Our microbes reconnect our health with nature via our gut – this is where our biology and bacteria meet! Healthy soils as well as time spent up close with the land all positively impact our gut health; no nonsense – it’s evidence-based! Understanding how our food from ‘nature-positive’ farming benefits our health, is key.
