Event! 21st May, Peterley Manor Farm, Buckinghamshire

Gut Health 101: what’s all the fuss about?!

Did you know that the bacteria in your gut can help to prevent allergy, boost your immune system, lift your mood, help with weight control and much more?! Do you want to learn how best to improve your gut health and how to realistically incorporate this into a busy family environment? We’d like to invite you to join the team at Peterley alongside Registered Nutritionist, Lucy Williamson, in our beautiful Herb House venue on Tuesday 21st May to find out why we should all be nurturing our gut health. This will be an informal event beginning with a talk from Lucy and then the opportunity for you to ask her questions on all things gut and health-related! Hot drinks and snacks are included in ticket price and will be provided by The Wild Strawberry Café. £10 per person. Buy your tickets here! Tickets must be pre-booked in advance and are non-refundable.

About Lucy: Lucy has a Masters’ degree from King’s College, London and works to inform and inspire better health for all. Fascinated by food, sharing nutritional knowledge is her passion!
