From practicing Vet to Registered Nutritionist, I am passionate about highlighting the importance of dairy, beef, fish, eggs, fruit, vegetables and grains as part of a healthy, balanced diet, according to current Public Health recommendations.
Sustainable food choices are at the root of food LINKS – buying British food at its most bountiful, locally sourced, with the richest nutrients and cheapest cost.
Love British Food encourage the responsible sourcing of this food in our schools, hospitals and food outlets, and I’m delighted to be their Nutritionist.
Over the course of the year, I collaborate with local British food providers and producers to host events to raise awareness of their products, by linking them with current nutrition science for better health.
