Together we are developing clear, informed and relevant nutrition information to build consumer background knowledge of nutrients that are important to diet and that are relevant to the sea buckthorn story.
From practicing Vet to Registered Nutritionist, I am passionate about highlighting the importance of dairy, beef, fish, eggs, fruit, vegetables and grains as part of a healthy, balanced diet, according to current Public Health recommendations.
Sustainable food choices are at the root of food LINKS – buying British food at its most bountiful, locally sourced, with the richest nutrients and cheapest cost.
