Nutty flapjack

Flapjack is so quick and easy to make; being full of Gut Healthy fibre it’s a really healthy family snack too so little wonder it’s a British favourite! I love to use HFO cold-pressed rapeseed oil to reduce the saturated fat content, increase healthy plant sterols and antioxidant Vitamin E. Much lower in sugar than many flapjack recipes with only 1 tsp of added sugar/ slice, it’s a great snack for keeping moods steady until the next meal!
